ABOUT CHUCK GORDON:
Chuck Gordon is co-founder and CEO of SpareFoot, an Austin, Texas-based startup that helps people find and book storage. SpareFoot operates the country’s largest marketplace for self-storage. Gordon and UCLA roommate Mario Feghali founded SpareFoot in 2008 while still in school. The company moved from Los Angeles to Austin in 2009 to join the Capital Factory business incubator.
Since its inception, SpareFoot has raised approximately $60 million in venture capital. The Austin Chamber of Commerce recognized SpareFoot as one of the 12 most promising startups in Austin for 2015. SpareFoot is consistently recognized as a top workplace by the Austin American-Statesman and the Austin Business Journal.
Gordon, who grew up in Washington, D.C., earned a bachelor’s degree in art from UCLA and is a board member of the Austin-based Startup Games.
