Aaron’s nearly 20-year executive leadership background spans across corporate and startup environments. Aaron quickly scaled his leadership career, becoming a senior executive of a billion-dollar, publicly-traded company by the age of 30. His unique ability for growing people, elevating teams & organizations, and being a lifelong student of peak performance led him to developing a deep passion for coaching.

Aaron leverages his extensive leadership background and professional coaching education to bring an action-focused approach to the performance coaching arena.

As a Top 100 Entrepreneur & Innovator, Aaron is highlighted for the impact he’s had on performance-driven leaders across the globe & was recently recognized as one of the most remarkable leaders to watch in 2024.

The event will happen atop the Chase Bank Tower at the Headliners Club on the 20th floor in the McBee room. This classy establishment has been home to Texas politicians and business leaders since 1955.

Doors open at 11:30am, where there will be 30 minutes of networking as people trickle in. You will seat yourself at noon after filling up your plate at the lunch buffet. Feel free to invite your friends! Parking is easy in the connected garage, and validated parking is just $5.

Aaron will talk about his career story, unique challenges in Austin, and his outlook on the future. It'll open up to a brief Q&A at the end, so come prepared with your questions!
